With a decade of experience, her personal approach has consistently yielded outstanding results. She collaborates closely with parents to train and equip them, ensuring their children are set up for success. Rachael's vision is to create a warm, hospitable environment for children and parents to feel comfortable and supported so that they are able to reach their full, thriving potential. Rachael and her husband, Tristan, have three wonderful children: Naomi (6), Raelynn (4), and Bennett (2). In her free time, she enjoys beach days and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
